Aide pour terminer une PA ?

Bonjour tout le monde 
Alors voilà, après un changement périlleux de PA et une grosse galère, je suis presque sur le point d'ouvrir mon forum (ici). Cependant comme vous pouvez le voir la PA n'est pas totalement terminée. Et pour cause je n'y connais rien en codes, et ceux que je trouve et comprend difficilement ne fonctionnent pas !
C'est pourquoi je vous demande un peu d'aide. J'aurais besoin d'une solution pour justifier le texte du copyright (en sachant que ni "justify" ni "blockquote" ne fonctionnent), et faire défiler vers le haut et justifier le texte des news. Encore une fois ni "justify" ni "blockquote" ne fonctionnent. Pour le défilement j'avais essayé "marquee" mais il ne marche pas non plus.

Par contre juste un dernier détail stp et ensuite le problème sera résolu ^^"
Il y a une case vide de staff, juste après celle de SadEyes, mais je n'arrive pas à la cerner et la supprimer.
Tu peux jeter un coup d'oeil s'il te plait ca serait génial ?
