Problème onglets catégories

Bonsoir.
Bon voilà, une amie et moi avons un forum, mais un problème au niveau des onglets de catégories survient ... Elle a fait des recherches, mais elle n'a rien trouvé malheureusement, je souhaite alors l'aider en vous demandant de l'aide ... * compréhensible ? x) *
