Barre de navigation en haut du forum.

J'aimerais avoir une barre de navigation qui se situe au dessus du corps de mon forum qui qui serait détaché de celui-ci (car celle que j'ai actuellement déforme mon forum...)
Si ce n'est pas très clair, j'ai fais un petit schéma!
