Bug de CSS : rien ne s'affiche

Bonjour à tous et à toutes et merci d'avance à ceux qui prendront la peine de nous aider

Alors voilà : on crée un forum, tout est beau, tout va bien. La fondatrice passe des heures sur le CSS, tout semble fonctionner. Sauf que maintenant, plus rien ne marche. Les codes pour blockquoter et justifier automatiquement les messages n'ont aucun effet, et les class de titres ne s'affichent pas. Les liens seraient aussi censés rester de même grosseur au passage de la souris mais ils rapetissent, bref', plus rien ne fonctionne. Après avoir relu, relu et relu le CSS, nous avons jugé que le moment était venu de nous en remettre à vous

Quelqu'un éprouve-t-il actuellement les mêmes problèmes ? Serait-ou un bug ou ?
