Séparer le titre de la catégorie aux forums

Bonjour, vu que je suis pas très à l'aise avec le template index_box, j'aimerai avoir des catégorie unique
Mais le résultat que je voudrai réaliser est celui-ci:

Je voudrai surout décoller le titre de la catégorie des forums.
