Mise en forme des catégories avec un template déjà modifié

J'ai trouvé ce sujet qui réponds bien à ma demande:

Mais le seul problème est que j'ai un template déjà modifié. Je le colle ici et je remercie en avance la personne qui m'aidera!

Voilà, alors je ne sais pas ce que j'ai mal fait. Peut-être pourriez-vous me construire le template au complet? Je vous serai éternellement reconnaissante!
