sans aller voir ce que suggère miette, pour arrondir les avatars, il suffit de rajouter ce css

    border: 1px solid black;

le border n'est pas nécessaire mais je l'ai rajouté car votre avatar à les contours de la même couleur que le forum

L'avatar s'affiche bien en cercle mais la bordure noire ne s'affiche pas même avec !important;
J'ai tenté 4 pixels... Toujours rien autour du cercle.

Je veux comme ici, avec une bordure claire et un contour ombragé autour... car les avatars transparents sont juste un peu déformés mais évidemment pas en cercle...

Bon, apparemment, vous avez validé votre template vu qu'une classe entourant l'avatar vient d'apparaitre.

On va commencer par faire un peu de ménage dans le css

retirez :

    margin-top: 15px!important;
}

Code:

    max-height: 200px;
  max-width: 190px;
}

Pour ce dernier css si vous fixez la taille des images avec un width à 200px vous ne pouvez pas lui demander de ne pas dépasser 190px.

on conserve ce css qui va créer l'arrondi au niveau de l'image

    border-radius: 200px;
    height: 200px;
    width: 200px;

on rajoute

J'ai supprimé le

de Miettes, il y a + d'une heure...

Je crois que c'est R-Max qui souligne plus haut que le bout de code s'y trouve...
J'ai fait un peu de nettoyage dans le CSS...
Je laisse tomber, car j'ai essayé différentes options trouvées au fil de mes lectures sans succès.
Il doit y avoir un ti quelque chose qui bug quelque part, peut-être dans le template viewtopic_body qui a été passablement modifié.
