Css pour sous-forums en onglets.

En fouillant sur le forum, j'ai trouvé le code pour mettre les sous-forums en onglets.
Malheureusement, ça bugue lorsqu'il y en a trop... L'écriture chevauche alors le cadre comme dans la capture d'écran que je vous ai mise en spoiler:
