Encadrement des Catégories

[Enigmatic]

Bonjour!
Je suis présentation en train de construire un forum, j'ai installé plusieurs codes CSS & changer les Templetes, mais lorsque je viens pour mettre le contour de mes catégories, les couleurs que j'ai mis ne s'affiche pas. Si vous allez dessus le forum, vous allez voir que le contour de mes catégories sont en orange/jaune alors qu'elle devrait être rouge. Pourtant, quand je vais dans la modification des couleurs, les couleurs sont belles et bien celle que j'ai mis, les bonnes, celles que je veux!
