Problème avec mon css, transparent !

Voici mon forum : ici

Alors voila, j'ai refait le thême de mon forum mais impossible de trouver ou est l'erreur dans mon CSS ! J'ai cherché partout ! Le problème vient de la barre de navig ( accueil, messages, groupes, membres et tout ) Je veux que le fond soit de cette couleur : #94b1be ( et de même pour les catégos " les présentations "-" les règles et news " etc... ) Et je veux aussi que les pointillés de la barre de navig' soit de cette couleur : #365D70


donc voila... Si quelqu'un peut me donner un coup de main, et bien qu'il le fasse ^^
