Problème dernier message et description

Bonjour, j'ai vu qu'il y avait déjà un sujet comme ça mais il a été classé résolu alors qu'il n'y avait pas de solution :/
Bref, j'aimerai savoir comment fait on pour regroupe la description des catégories ainsi que l'encadré derniers messages dans un même cadre comme sur ce forum
