Problème de script du Qeel

Bonsoir à vous, je vais vous exposer mon problème, j'ai fait plein de recherche pour savoir comment faire pour mettre mon QEEL au milieu du bas de la page, comme ceci :



L'image ci-dessus est l'exemple type de ce que je souhaite mais je n'y arrive pas.

j'ai fait appel à un copain qui l'a fait pour son site, il a regardé pour me faire le même genre de chose impossible d'y arriver, j'aurai besoin de votre aide s'il vous plait .

Mon QEEL se trouve dans la colonne n°1 et je n'arrives pas à le mettre dans la colonne N°2 (en bas au centre de la page ) comme sur le forum du copain.
