Boutons new/lock/no new qui tournent

Bonjour, j'ai une fois de plus besoin de votre aide

Je cherche comment faire afin que les boutons new/no new/lock (vous savez, situés à gauche des forums/sous-forums) tournent ou pivotent au passage de la souris. J'ai cherché des tutoriels mais rien trouvé qui puisse réellement m'aider. Je fais donc appel à vous, voici mon template index_box :

On pourrait rajouter un span associé à une classe entre cette partie de votre template :

Et puis je suppose que ceci dans votre CSS suffirait :

}

le nombre 45 est à changer selon votre envie

et si vous désirez une transition entre le début de la rotation et la fin, il suffit de rajouter celle ligne transition: all 2s; avant le dernier }
