J'ai acheté des crédits que j'ai dépensé pour supprimer la pub, or, celle-ci est toujours présente

Dans quel délai le nécessaire est-il fait ?

PA > Divers > Gestion des crédits > Historique
La désactivation de la publicité est elle mentionnée sur cette page ? Membres ou Membres + Invités ? Quelle durée ? Et à quelle date ?

Si rien n'est mentionné le solde de crédits est il normal ? (donc plus élevé qu'il ne devrait l'être si vous aviez désactivé les pubs)

Et j'ai noté quelque chose d'inhabituel. En temps normal j'ai un emplacement vide à la place de la pub, alors que là c'était comme si la pub était bien désactivée, et une fois coupé mon bloqueur de nuisance la pub était bien là.

Bien vu, j'avais effectivement chargé le forum avec ses templates par défaut.

Comme l'indique Neptunia, ces publicités ne semblent pas du fait de Forumactif, car votre forum ne les affiche pas si on utilise les templates par défaut.

Je vais vérifier ce point car j'ai repris la gestion de ce forum et peut être que le précédent webmaster a tripoté le code pour y rajouter une bannière adsense. Je reviendrai pour fermer le sujet

C'était bien ça, les templates ont été bidouillés. Le problème pour moi est que le mec qui a bidouillé ne fait plus partie de l'équipe... J'ai forcé les templates par défaut en cochant la case et effectivement, la pub n’apparaît plus.
Par contre, j'ai une petite question, j'aimerai refaire quelque chose de propre là dedans et éventuellement ajouter mes propres bannières pub, donc je vais retrousser les manches :-) Mais que signifie le marqueur "en attente" (voir photo jointe) et pourquoi en valeur actuelle j'ai toujours celle des templates bidouillées par mon prédécesseur ? (malgré mes modifications - car avant de trouver la case "templates par défaut" j'avais modifié les fichiers individuellement mais mes modifications n'ont pas été prises en compte)
