Résolu Header en fond de page et bordure

Bonjour, j'ai beau cherché dans les problèmes résolus je ne trouve pas. Donc voilà, j'ai un header de fond pour mon forum, et ce que je voudrais c'est remettre une bordure autour de mon forum et que le header passe par dessus la bordure en fait. J'avais trouvé un exemple, donc c'est réalisable mais je ne sais pas comment faire.

Bonjour, déjà merci de m'avoir répondu, alors je viens d'ouvrir le forum aux invités, mais je n'ai plus d'exemple à te montrer, je l'avais vu sur la dernière version de New York city life, mais ils viennent de changer. ^^
Pour t'expliquer plus précisément ce que je voudrais : je souhaiterais que les deux barres noires sur les côtés du forum, et qui passe sur le header de fond passent en dessous du header, tout simplement.
Voici le code des deux barres :

}

Et par la même occasion peut-être mettre une couleur intérieure du cadre du forum.
Voilà, peut-être aurait-tu besoin de la feuille de css ou d'une partie des templates, je ne sais pas, mais n'hésites pas si tu en as besoin.
