Problème ChatBox avec la CSS

Bonjour , voilà quand j'active ma chat box , une erreur surviens .. Pouvez-vous m'aider à la régler ? Voici une petite illustration et le code CSS :




Vous voyez toutes les bulles ( les personne qui parle ) tout sa se contracte au-dessus :/
j'aimerais enlever sa et que a chaque fois qu'on parle il ya un espace
