Redimensionner une image dans le profil

Bonjour,

Sur les profils il est possible d'ajouter une image, un texte...etc, mais lorsqu'on souhaite ajouter une image dans une partie texte est-il possible de faire en sorte de redimensionner l'image qui va s'y trouver.
Par exemple si l'image fait 500x250 et que le profil sur le forum est de largeur 200px, est-il possible de faire en sorte que cette image ne déforme pas le forum et qu'elle ait la taille du profil.
