Ancrage automatique ne fonctionne pas

Description du problème
Bonsoir,J'ai un souci avec mon forum dont je viens de refaire tout le design (donc je pense que le souci provient d'un template) : lorsqu'on clique sur "retourner au message" ou dans les notifications "Untel a posté dans tel sujet" la page s'affiche sans s'aligner sur le-dit message. On reste en haut de page et il faut la faire défiler pour arriver sur le message qui aurait normalement du s'afficher.
Aucun problème au niveau de l'adresse, on a bien le # suivi d'un nombre. Mais rien n'y fait, on arrive toujours en haut de page.

Pour info : le problème est le même sur Firefox que sur Chrome.

En revanche, je suis sans doute un peu bête mais je ne comprends pas où, dans le template Vewtopic_Body, il faut insérer ce code :
Dans les autres sujets ils disent "au début du message" ou "au point le plus haut de votre affichage des messages" mais je ne comprends pas de quoi il s'agit :/
